— Why We've Launched This

Young Players Deserve Structured Development

At Northwood, we believe young players deserve more than just sessions. They deserve structured development.

That's why we've brought Wednesday Night Football in-house, allowing us to reinvest directly back into the facility and the programmes we deliver.

This isn't just a session. It's part of something bigger.

— Parents' Questions

Good to Know

Does my child need to be in a team already?

No. Wednesday Night Football is open to all abilities, whether your child plays for a club or is just starting out.

What should they wear and bring?

Comfortable sports kit, trainers only (no football boots of any kind), shin pads and a water bottle.

Can parents stay and watch?

Yes. Parents are welcome to stay and watch from the viewing balcony.

Do I have to book the whole term?

No. You can book single sessions at £6.50, or book all 7 weeks of the block for £42, which works out at £6 a session. The next block runs every Wednesday from 4 November to 16 December.

What if we miss a week?

Refunds or credits aren't normally given for single sessions missed through holidays, other commitments or short-term illness. Full refunds are available if you cancel a block booking at least seven days before it starts, and we'll always consider longer-term injury or illness. If you need more flexibility, you can book week by week instead. See our refund policy for full details.

Who are the coaches?

Sessions are delivered by the FC Hanley and PCT Coaching team: Tanbir, Eva, Steve, Michelle, Jamie, Sean and Josh. All of our coaches are DBS checked and FA qualified, and first aid is available on site.

I've got another question.

Email us at info@northwoodstadium.co.uk and we'll get back to you.

Ready for Wednesday?

Spaces are limited in every age group. Book the 7-week block from 4 November, or a single session, in a couple of minutes, or email info@northwoodstadium.co.uk with any questions.
