Refund Policy

Missed Sessions

Refunds or credits are not normally provided for individual sessions missed due to holidays, other commitments or short-term illness.

Cancellations

• If you wish to cancel your child's block booking, please contact Northwood Stadium as soon as possible at info@northwoodstadium.co.uk or on 07547 438786.
• Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least seven days before the programme begins.
• For cancellations made within seven days of the start date or after the programme has commenced, refund requests will be assessed fairly, taking into account sessions already delivered, costs incurred and whether the place can be filled.

Injury, Illness & Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that circumstances can change. Where a child is unable to continue attending due to significant injury, prolonged illness or exceptional circumstances, Northwood Stadium will consider a partial refund or credit towards a future programme.

Sessions Cancelled by Northwood Stadium

If Northwood Stadium cancels a session, we will offer a suitable replacement session or an appropriate refund.

Weekly Bookings

For families who require greater flexibility, individual weekly bookings remain available at the standard session price, subject to availability.

Your Statutory Rights

All refund requests will be handled fairly and in accordance with applicable consumer legislation. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
