At Northwood Stadium, we’ve built Staffordshire’s only certified track and field facility — whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting out, everything you need is right here in Stoke-on-Trent.

We want to give you the opportunity to train your way, while keeping the community spirit and inclusivity that makes us more than just a stadium.

From our national standard 400m running track to our gym, sports hall, football pitches and squash courts, there’s something for everyone.

Whether you’re coming in for an early morning run or bringing the kids along for a youth session, everybody is welcome no matter who you are.

Our friendly community gym provides everything you need to improve your fitness in a welcoming and supportive environment. With a range of strength and conditioning equipment, it’s suitable for both beginners and experienced gym users.

WEDNESDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL

Wednesday Night Football is our elite indoor coaching programme focused on technical development, game intelligence, and confidence on the ball. Delivered in partnership with professional coaches, sessions are structured, high-energy, and suitable for players of all abilities. A great pathway for those looking to improve and enjoy the game. FUNETICS

Funetics is a fun, engaging multi-skills session designed to build children’s confidence, coordination, and love for physical activity. Through games and structured activities, kids develop fundamental movement skills in a positive, supportive environment. Perfect for younger children starting their sporting journey.
