Northwood Community Sports takes data privacy seriously and we are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This privacy notice describes how and why we, as data controller, obtain, store and process personal data. We do this so that we can provide you with access to the range of outdoor and indoor sports we offer in encouraging participation in sport and leisure activities by all sections of the community in Stoke-on-Trent and North Staffordshire as part of an active and healthy lifestyle. For the purpose of this Privacy Notice, we will call what we provide as our “services”. Personal data is information relating to you that enables us to identify you, for example, your name, email address, payment details and information about your access to this website.

Who Are We?
When we refer to ‘we’ (or ‘our’ or ‘us’), that means Northwood Community Sports Limited (NCS). NCS is a wholly owned trading subsidiary of City of Stoke Athletics and Community Sports Limited (CoSACS). CoSACs is a registered charity and the holder of the lease for Northwood Stadium. Our place of business is Northwood Stadium, Stoke on Trent, England.

Your Rights & Our Commitment to You

The Personal Data We Collect

The legal basis for processing your personal data

Storing your data
We need to retain your personal data to satisfy our legal obligations, to deal with complaints and queries, in order to resolve, litigate or defend a dispute and to prevent fraud and abuse.
