A large indoor sports barn, full sized 3G football pitch, track and field facilities and natural turf pitches and gym provide the ideal facilities and environment to engage in your chosen sport. FUNETICS is a fun and inclusive programme, created by England Athletics to help children, 4-11 year of age, across the country to learn, develop and practice running, jumping and throwing skills all year round, for a healthy confident future.
The indoor arena can be configured for 5 a side football, netball, basket ball or a mixture of all three. Our on line booking system will guide you through the availability. Courts or spaces may be hired in multiples of 1 hour. If you are a team looking for an indoor home venue or a league looking for a venue to host all your fixtures please make enquiries with our staff.
The indoor sports barn provides opportunity for playing badminton, tennis, squash and table tennis.
Northwood Stadium is the only venue with a certified track and field facility in the whole of Staffordshire! With a 400m running track and a full range of field facilities, a 720-seater grandstand, changing rooms and toilets it is the ideal location for track and field training and competition. The stadium has held many Regional, National and Schools athletics competitions over the years and it is our intention to bring the highest level of competition to the City.
