Located within the Sports Barn is a resistance gym, free weights room and plenty of cardio machines, we have all you need for you to take the next step and achieve all of your fitness goals, we offer day passes or monthly memberships! Please book your membership or pay as you go session through our online booking system.
Here at Northwood Stadium we can accommodate a range of sports in our sports hall, including; basketball, netball, tennis, badminton, five-a-side football, squash and table tennis. Courts are available to hire by the hour for general play or league competitions, please place your booking through our online booking app.
For events the whole or part sections of the Sport Barn can be hired so if your thinking of a cross fit, troupe, dance tournament or jiu-jitsu event please go to our online booking app, fill out the booking form and we will confirm the booking and price.
