Manage Activities is only available to logged-in Northwood Stadium staff. Log in with your staff account to continue.
Add, edit, or disable the activities customers can book — changes go live on the booking page immediately.
If this activity has its own page on the website, enter its file name here. The homepage card's button will then open that page, and customers book from there. Leave blank to send customers straight to the booking page.
Lets staff tick off who actually showed up, per session, on the Bookings Admin page — separate from payment, so it works for paid or free activities. Off by default; typically wanted for supervised/safeguarding sessions like Youth Club.
Leave blank for no block discount. A block is every upcoming session on the list below: customers who book all of them in one go pay this price per session instead of the normal price, per person (e.g. 7 sessions at £6 = £42 each). The booking page shows a "Block book & save" button for it. If any upcoming session is full, the block offer is withdrawn.
Pick the colour of the facility this activity runs in — Pitch green for 3G / football, Court blue for the sports hall, Gym black for the gym, Track red for athletics or anything else. Activities with their own branding (like Funetics or WNF) can use an extra colour or a custom one. Used for the activity's tab, booking card and the background of its homepage card.
Shown on the left of the homepage card and on the booking page. A landscape photo works best; it's cropped to fit.
How this activity looks in What's On on the homepage — the preview below updates as you type. It also uses the photo above and the Description. If several activities share a More info page (like the WNF age groups) they show as one card, and each detail comes from the first of them that has it filled in, so you only need to set the card up on one.
Shown in place of the activity name. Use a PNG with a see-through background so it sits cleanly on the card colour.
The "when" line sits under the logo in capitals. Leave the button text blank for "Explore …" (or "Book your session" if the activity has no page of its own).
Used for the card's outline, the "when" line and the button — e.g. Funetics pink on a Funetics purple card. Choose "None" for a plain white button.
Every date customers can book onto. Past sessions are hidden from the booking page automatically, and folded away below so this list stays short.
Extra questions shown on the booking page for this activity only — e.g. ethnicity monitoring for Youth Club. Answers save onto each person's profile, so returning customers (and their saved family members) aren't asked again next time — including for any other activity that uses the same question.
